Pictures are resized when pasting

Hi all,

I am trying to copy and paste a number of cells which contain pictures. However, when I paste some of the images are resized (usually to the same amount - 18% height, width always stays at 100%). The behaviour is also very inconsistent and happens to some images some of the time and also to all images on other occasions, sometimes none.

My only workaround is to individually resize each picture which can be very time consuming.

I am using excel for mac 2011 version 14.3.
