Google Forms Usage Tips Request.....

I request for some insights on using Google Forms.

My question:

Is it possible to upload a CSV/XL file with some pre-populated fields to be used in Google forms.

My process:

1) I'll need to append some data (over 600 rows) in a spreadsheet, which has a few details.
2) 6 of my team members will do quality assessment using the single Google link I share. It will be over 100 assessments per team member.
3) They will use it together and so need the ability to filter the forms on the basis of the demographics I added in Step 1.

Is this doable using Google Forms. If yes, could someone please advise or if there's an alternative approach.

You might try a Google Forms forum. This is an Excel forum.

Yes, yes very much. I'll figure that out. Just thought of taking your opinion on this as there are several other excel forums but non is as good as this one
