google spreadsheet need function/code to pull data from one sheet to another

I have a google spreadsheet that has 20 rows w/A-U col.
we have 20 players names listed down in col B with their rank listed down in col A
each Players scores are listed down in col C-U
i have 12 sheets one for each month in the year
Jan,Feb,March,April,May,June,July<Aug,Sep,Oct,Nov,Dec
what i need to do is pull data by rows one row from each sheet and put it its own sheet that will be named the players name thats in col B of each sheet im pulling data from
i only need to pull col K-U of the row that im pulling into the new sheet

i hope this in understandable
