These options are not present in Mac Excel, therefore you may not set them in the code.

Thanks a lot. So, will spell check produce different results in excel 2011 version (MAC) and excel 2013 version(Windows) because of different settings. These settings have been set in excel 2013 version but if they don't exist then the spell check might mark different words as errors.

Like if ignore caps setting is enabled, then some word like FICO will not be be counted as a wrong spelling but will the same result be shown by a MAC? Or is there any way to get these settings for spell check in MAC too?

I am not certain but I think that these options are controlled by the Word preferences. The values you have shown will be the defaults but I do not think you may test them directly from Excel - you must automate Word.
