I have a excel datasheet with document numbers- for which approvals were due by certain date and it was approved on certain date (with a delay). Now for all these documents, dates have overlaps. I have arrived at a point where I have plotted days from those dates in a month-wise pattern. Now I need to omit the overlap and find the net delay. Enclosed- the partial sample file for this datasheet. Kindly help me with a formula for the Yellow Coloured cell. Desired data is manually plotted. Regards/ Kalyan
