My problem is how to create two dropbox lists referencing same data, eg. sales sheet with COGS, units, margins, revenues, etc. 3 different products. One box highlights the rows the selected item (COGS, revenues,etc)... that I have working. Second drop list I want to highlight any number less than zero in revenues, margins, etc. Tied conditional formatting with separate rules, did not work, or at least I could not make work. Also tried using multi depend using indirect is second box and could not make that work. anyone has suggestions? Much appreciated as I am a nube here. Marc
