Need Help With Creating a Response Time Formula

    Hi, I'm trying to create a formula to measure the response time of when service issue tickets are opened to when they are resolved. I exported two types of tickets each of which include the date and time. Column A includes all tickets Created. Collumn B includes all tickets Resolved. In column C I input the formula =B1-A1 and then chose Custom > h:mm for that column so that it show the time lapse in Hours and minutes. It looks like most of the response times are accurate except for when it exceeds 24 hours. Does anyone know how to resolve that issue?
