Old but really still new...

My name is Tom & I work in San Diego at a Mortgage company. While I signed up for this forum a couple of years ago, I have only had occasion to come for assistance a couple of times and found my problem answered by someone elses solution to similar issues. I'm getting old (60), but spreadsheets have been a fact of my work life ever since VisiCalc was created and saved me literally days of work each month. Over the years I have created sheets that have helped in finance and construction. A friend ran his whole paving estimating on the worksheets we created together. And I have been able to sell a few, but generally just make the job work better. And as with everyone, we can't know it all, and I appreciate those who both know more and different 'things' than I do.
