Counting if data falls on date between Start Date, End Date or Possible End Date

    Hello fellow Excel users,
I've been muddling through excel for a few years, but am only recently being tasked with doing more advanced stuff. I hope for some guidance with a few of my questions, and will certainly appreciate any help given.
