Formula does not calculate

    Formula does not calculate

    =IF(M13>0,"POSTED",IF(D13="","CONFIRMED",IF(D13>0,"DOOR",IF(N13>0,"WAITING"))))

    The above formula is done with conditional formatting but it calculates everything except the last part if(N13>0"WAITING"))))
    I do not know why this is for a Inbound schedules and with this it will track when the truck is here, in the door, and gone.

    Any help will be greatly appreciated
