    Thumbs up Big number of Staff - problem of replacement / absence

    In a big company, some employees can be absent
    We need others who are present to do the minimum of their job
    and the minimum of the absent employees job
    The products made should not be very different from the minimum the factory has to make everyday
    Can we make an excel sheet which can show us who can replace
    Please help
