Hi there. Dipped in and out of this forum to solve some problems in the past

I am not a big user, but in my work i am trying to eliminate mistakes because others aren't so good with excel.spreadsheets. I am updating from paper logs to excel databases, and tidying up
some spreadsheets so users are forced to select from comboboxes/dropdown lists and generally enter data via a form.

im sure you guys can solve my little problems (and hopefully, if time permits, solve some of yours)
