Introduction

Hi All,

My name is Stan and I am an engineer from South Wales in the UK.
I am in the process of attempting to create a spreadsheet to automatically populate multiple cells to produce a purchasing document.
I have tried and failed once before so I may need a hand from more experienced people who will probably find it a simple task.
Being a relative beginner to writing formula I will appreciated any help.
I am going to have a go first just to see if I can do it and if I get stuck I will be back.....
