    Smile Microsoft Excel PM

Hi, wanted to introduce my self. My name is Olaf Hubel. I am a PM on the Excel team in Redmond for Microsoft. It is great to see such an active Excel community. Looking forward to meeting many of you. The team I work in looks after user and customer feedback and we work hard to make sure we can incorporate any feedback we get or fix bugs we find. I will be scanning the different discussions groups to see if I can pick up on trends that we might need to look into.

    Re: Microsoft Excel PM

    Hi Olaf,

It's obviously right idea. You simply can't go wrong with it. So keep working.

For sure there was tremendous improvement over the years of Excel development. But still there is a lot to do. As you will see scanning the forums, some tools are there, just users don't know how to use them, but some quite common problems require rather sophisticated approach, while they could be rather easily incorporated into standard excel.

    Good luck with your job!
    Best Regards,

    Kaper
