Address Split

Hi Folks,

I'm stuck in a situation. where I need to split address string which varies from 80 chars to 300 Char in split in sub string of 80 chars max. But the catch is each sub-string should be broken down logically. If at all 81 char is not space( and is genuine Character (a,b,c) then the sub string should be broken down from the space prior 80 char.


Example:

Address String
MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL Ground floor,South Indian Bank New data center SIB Buildings, Info Park

Expected Result:

Address Line_1
MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL Ground floor,South Indian Bank New data center SIB

AddressLine_2:
Buildings, Info ParkExpress Highway, Rajagiri Valley, Kakkanad Ernakulam
