Prepayment Schedule

HI
I am looking for an excel worksheet which will handle multiple lines to create a prepayment schedule. I also want to include remaining months formula. I want columns showing monthly charge and obviously if there is no charge the formula will in the cell will remain blank.
I am just getting into working with excel so would appreciate any help or workbooks you could forward.
