    Converting Vertical Data to Horizontal data range

    I need to convert the following data

    ID Code Amount
    1 REG 20
    1 VAC 30
    2 REG 40
    2 O/T 10
    3 VAC 15
    3 REG 25
    3 O/T 35

    To the following Format

    Name Code1 amount1 code2 amount2 code3 amount3
    1 REG 20 VAC 30
    2 REG 40 O/T 10
    3 VAC 15 REG 25 O/T 35
