    Re: Hello

Vacation tracker had no formulas. Formulas that I already implemented:
=YEAR(TODAY())-YEAR(A3) shows number of years worked based on start date
=EDATE(B4,-12) shows anniversary date during last calendar year
=EDATE(A3,B3*12) shows anniversary date for this year (midyear)
=EDATE(B4,12) shows anniversary date during next calendar year
=VLOOKUP($B$3,$A$37:$C$86,3,0)+SUM($F3:$Q3) shows number of hrs from chart based on yrs worked minus used hours used during all 2017.

    7 start dates: 1-14-99, 5-31-11, 6-10-81, 7-13-99, 7-30-02, 8-3-83, 8-27-80

Problem is way this one page spreadsheet was setup. Each of 7 Supervisors has top row w/ months 2017. Next row used to input hrs used as negative numbers. With only two rows and used hrs input on monthly basis, is it possible to formulate hrs used during anniv month as part of previous yr just ending or next yr just beginning.

Creating 5 yr on same sheet continuing to the right (eliminating need for carrying over to other tab years). I am trying to not have 365 columns for every day, however I might have to revamp and if so will put years on different tabs. Also, need formula to minus out used expired hours and input hours for new yr.
    Thanks
