Marco to Go to folder to Import latest text file to excel

Hi,

I am using excel 2013

I need a simple macro that will take me to a specific folder to import the latest text file into my active sheet.

For example in - in current sheet
- go to text Data / Text file... navigate to a specific folder
find latest text file
Import to current sheet
As Delimited "My Data has headers"
Tab - Text qualifier as blank
General - as it
Finish - Import Data- "Existing worksheet+ = A4...
Go into Properties- "Overwrite existing cells with New Data clear unused cell"
End
