    Hi All.

Mike here all the way from SA. Since I am the lucky one to have received the documentation task at our organization I am regularly faced with all kinds of office application unknowns. One of the current issues that has me searching the interwebs and joining support forums such as this one is that I have an excel sheet listing daily downtime of servers and IT equipment with entries of all reported downtime.

My current formulas seem to be working fine but I've noticed that if my downtime entry reaches a specific amount of time the percentage calculator will show that my daily downtime is more than a 100%. How is this possible? If a server was down for 8 hours how can it equate to 110% daily downtime which is what I am currently getting.

Hopefully joining this forum will help provide me with some answers to my problems and I look forward to helping and be helped by others.

    Cheers!
