    Hello from Florida

    Good Day Everyone!

I wanted to share a very extensive and complicated project that I had done back in 2013/2014 for use with a brainwave entrainment product called Procyon by MindPlace. The Excel workbook with code allows one to visualize the resultant light patterns that will be generated by the device. I have no financial interest in the company and this work was done solely for my use and shared freely with their user base. I have removed the copy protection on the VBA portion of the Excel workbook, so feel free to copy what you want, learn from it, share it, etc.

Also available FOR FREE (I believe in sharing ... that's how we developers learn, right?) are links to some wonderful products that I use in developing iOS, Android, PC, Mac, and Raspberry Pi applications ALL while LEVERAGING MY EXISTING VB and BASIC (since the C64 in 1981) development skills. There's no need to lean Swift, Obj-C, Java or any new language.

    Best Regards,

    Mark D. Turney

    Re: Hello from Florida

    Hi MDT9111,
Thanks for sharing what looks like a lot of useful stuff. I am not too familiar myself with what this is all about. The “read me” text file might have been useful to have, assuming it says something about what the file does..
It could be however that it is obvious for anyone familiar with this sort of stuff. I am not. At first glance I don’t know what it is about. I expect some people might.

We actually have a Tips and Tutorials Sub Forum where Members might post this sort of thing
    https://www.excelforum.com/tips-and-tutorials/

But, you probably need to have a quick look at Rule 13b before you post anything there.
    https://www.excelforum.com/forum-rul...rum-rules.html

I don’t think the spirit of that rule is intended to stop people sharing useful stuff as you have done. But excelforum differs slightly from other Forums in that there is a bit of a “community” feel to it. I think that rule is just intended to try to encourage members to participate a bit more in the Forum. That’s all. No big deal.
My personal opinion is that anyone involved with Excel probably should have at least a bit of involvement here anyway. It is a very good source of all things Excel.

Anyway, thanks again for sharing and Welcome to the Forum
    Alan
