    How to calculate SLA

    Hi,

    I need help to get formula to calculate SLA in the below format


    SHEET1
    Priority Start Finish
    1 Critical 05/10/2013-15:18 05/10/2013-17:18
    1 Critical 05/10/2013-15:18 05/10/2013-17:19
    2 High 05/10/2013-15:18 05/10/2013-19:19
    3 Average 05/10/2013-15:18 08/10/2013-17:19
    4 Low 05/10/2013-15:18 12/10/2013-15:17
    4 Low 05/10/2013-15:18 *



    SHEET2
    Ticket Priority SLA Window Ticket Runtime SLA Met / SLA Miss
    P1 2 hours 0 days 02 *hours 00 minutes SLA Met
    P1 2 hours 0 days 02 *hours 01 minutes SLA Miss
    P2 4 hours 0 days 04 *hours 01 minutes SLA Miss
