Highlights specific text (not cells) with VBA

Hello guys, I am facing the following issue: I need to highlight some key-words that appear in a column of my pivot table. What I am struggling the most is that I am not being able to write down code in VBA that enable to highlight in red several key-words and then to maintain these highlights when I filter the column (e.g. I highlight the word "http" but when I filter the column to appear just the rows that contain the word http in the column not all http words maintain the highlight and some other words highlight). Can someone help me?
