count consecutoive wet days in a year

i want to count max consecutive days when cell value greater or equal to 1..for example:

day1 day2 day3 day4 day5 day6 day7 day8 day9 day10 day11 day12 day13 day14 day15 day16

0 0 0 0 0 0 0 5 5 5 4 3 6 0 0 0
0 2 1 8 0 7 2 5 4 0 0 0 0 0 0 6
1 2 3 5 6 8 3 0 8 7 1 3 4 6 7 8

i want to find longest streak for all rows..not each row separately ..here max consecutive value is 8...which starts from last value of row 2 ending before 0 in 3rd row.....
