Adding a numeric cell value to a text message

Hello, my name is Jerry. Live in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I have been using Excell 2003 and 2010 for sometime, but never mastered all of it, so here is my intro. Note sure how this intro works but my problem is:

I have a cell value I set that other cells rely on. In this case the cell is S6 and the value I have entered is 70%. Now elsewhere in the sheet I will be putting a text message, so let's say it will be cell H5 and my formula for H5 is:
"The value you have set for blending is: " (the value of S6) Now here is where I want to place the S6 cell value at the end of this message and have not been able to come up with the proper way to do this. I want it to read? The value you have set for blending is: 70%
