Building a system of Excel tools for a Charitable organisation

Hallo. I'm striving to further implement and improve a system to help volunteers to perform their activities, which mainly consist in managing information on individuals and families they assist (personal data, actions taken, allowances for food and material helps etc), and to perform general and analitical accounting for a number of separate sub-organisations.
After retirement, during the past few years I've spent much time to improve my knowledge of VBA, which remains rather limited ...
