Good morning all

Thought I would be polite and say hi, I have an idea and a problem but need help finding the solution I require which I will post in the relavent section. I am new to Excel and try to learn off my boss but limited to work time + he goes a million times faster than i'd like lol. Anyway hello and hope to see some awesome solutions from some members. Btw I don't know about VBA or Macro's and haven't looked in this Kutools addon either.
