How would I hold output data after deleting the input data from a formula?

I want to hold values in excel after deleting the cell data that was factoring it.

For example: I pull 1 tube from p5, I input that into the cell, it does the calculations then after deleting the 1 tube pulled it completely removes that value from the data it was altering and its causing a hiccup for me at the moment as if it never happened.
