Hello....help with training matrix conditional formatting

Hello everyone.
I would like to do training dates matrix, using red amber green, so for training that is due every year, I would like to do formula for;

Date of training, to
Show as green if date 121 days to 365 days until next due.
Show amber if date span less than 120 days until due next.
Show red if date less than 60 days left until due next.

So recap (yearly) 365 days training, red at 60 days or less, amber 120 days or less, green at 121 days to 365.

Suggestions please.
