Self taught and in the weeds (sometimes).

Just wanted to pop in here and introduce myself. I don't really use this sort of thing, but this one looks helpful. I'm completely self taught in excel, I get by ok, but sometimes I find I have no idea. I stumbled upon this forum while looking for a method to calculate leave balances using my company's incomprehensible leave policy. I'm always looking to increase my skills, so I'll be nosing around here. I can't really offer much in the way of helping others, as I likely don't know the best way to do things. I'll try not to contaminate the knowledge pool around here if you try not to be too hard on my skill level.
