If letter "X" in a row, display date in coloum above where "X" is located

I am trying to make a interactive work schedule. I would like to search a row (employee) for any "X", then where there is an "X" display the date in the above column.

These dates would listed off to the side beside an employee name, so that days off (X) can be shown in a list.

Basically taking this mess of a chart and showing it in a listed version.

    Thanks in advance.

This is an incomplete option that may work... I think I just need one more "IF" to look for just "x"??
