COUNTIF for specific text from drop down list

Hi,

I have a sheet with the following

Column A - Project Number (with Drop down list)
Column C - Main Activities (with Drop down list)
Column D - Sub Activites (with Drop down list)

Is it possible to create a formula to calculate how many cells contain specific text that has been selected from a drop down list (of Column A, C and D) matches to each other

i have tried =COUNTIFS($J$2:$J$25,"120",$K$2:$K$25,"Capacity Building",$L$2:$L$25,"training")

But it gives me "0", i want it to count how many times Project 120 in column A was used for Capacity building in Column C and to the sub activity in Column D

Note: when the formula is used on normal text which mean not based on drop down list it work, but the moment i use it on the drop down list columns it doesn't work
