I need to calculate PTO for anniversary date each year. Our policy is 40 hours after 1 year, 80 hours after 3-5 years and 120 hours after 5 years of employment. So the first year is 0. Currently we are set up with single sheets for each employee. I downloaded a few spreadsheets form the forum, but the formulas didn't work for me and I couldn't figure out how to change to correctly show when the new hours would be gifted.
