Need excel formula thru dump file to be used in reporting for incident tickets

Because of my zero knowledge in excel reporting I have come across on your page and so thankful to found a better forum to reach out excellent people who has advanced knowledge in excel.


As part of an improvement initiative, we have found some aged tickets, weren’t sure of the status, and wanted to check if the issue was still ongoing and, if so, to agree on a fix plan. I need to make an initial analysis in excel helps me and make a report of it while cleaning up backlogs.
