Linking Active x Combo Box like vlookup

i have a problem
there is material and material code
i have two active x combo boxes for the material name and one for the material code
is there any way to link this combo boxes like VLOOKUP to each other
as example if i select material name from a combo box in other combo box displaying the material code
if i chose material code from a combo box other combo box displaying material name automatically

i need a help from you guys
