Multiple Columns > Same Type of Data > Continuously Alphabetized

Hi all, I am fairly new to excel so I'm getting to grips with the complexities (and simplicities of it).

In my example attachment, I have a table of 4 columns with each cell containing a company name. I am trying to alphabetize across multiple columns but cannot figure out how.

I.E original data would look something like this:

A B
1 Google Yahoo
2 Amazon GSK
3 TXDOT Target
4 Alibaba Walmart

Trying to get the data to look like this:

A B
1 Alibaba Target
2 Amazon TXDOT
3 Google Walmart
4 GSK Yahoo

So in theory I'd like to sort lowest value at A:1 and highest value at B:4.
I believe there is a way to do this with index formulas but not sure how.

Any help would be fantastic.
