Im a total Nube and Need Guidance with what I think is a complicated maneuver in Excel

I stayed away from anything deeper than life required as far as computers go for a really long time. A few years ago I started a job that has become very much data management and programming. I administer a salesforce org, don't know if anyone has heard of them but their system throws horrible reports that are really hard to manipulate in to anything. I have never posted in a forum before, I don't know how and Im sorry if make mistakes, please help me learn to comingle in this realm, lol, I. Anyway, I'm going to need all the help I can get as I go from "man, do I really HAVE to have email?" to my CSS class tomorrow. Learning fun new things everyday and hoping to learn some more stuff from y'all. Thanks for letting me on, looking forward to interacting.
