Impressed with the converage and explanations for resolving issues

It appears that the forum has a number of very talented and proficient individuals in VBA for Excel. I am just beginning the venture myself and having a difficult time comprehending they syntax of VBA after having learned Fortran IV from the "ole school." Hopefully, this ole horse (65 this October 19, 2012) is not too old to learn "new tricks." While I most often can edit code to fit my simplistic needs in Excel, there are times when I do have quetions and there is simply no one at work who can answer them, much less who comprehend what VBA is all about. Therefore, I have decided to "join up" so that I have an avenue for a "sounding board" to to ask my questions. Best to all! Sgt Rock

    Thanks

Most polite of you!! I can see I can't spell "coverage" - smile. Already have a quesion but I've seen we need to post that elsewhere.
Gonna take me a while to learn my way around this site. Worked all day on this code - thought it worked, copied to a new workbook, nope,
didn't work. Eventually, I hope to be able to add to the Forum, if nothing esle I am able to explain things clearly and effectively in
writing. One thing I've noted, in both questions asked and answers provided, sometimes not clearly written, at least in my opinion, and
I'm a stickler for clearly written explanations. Now I need to figure out what forum to ask my Excel VBA questions under. Stay cool,
very hot in Dallas!!! Yes I was an infantry sergeant in Vietnam - 101st Airborne Div - We were soldiers once - and young!!

I saw that movie. Lt Col Hal Moore (Mel Gibson). Nasty stuff. Glad you made it back.
