    Hello!

    Vacation.xlsx

Hello! I am an Executive Assistant for an American Company in Spain. My issue is that for the American Employees the vacation system is very confusing, as it depends on their anniversary date, and date makes things complicated.

Attached is the spreadsheet I use.
I would like to know how I could make it tell me how many days people have each year from their anniversary date, plus de days from the previous year. So two different rows; one for the holidays up to the anniversary dates and another from the anniversary date.

How do other americans do this?
    Thanks
