Hi All, need help to reverse a tool that i made

I have a tool which is basically using a vlookup function where I can select food combination # and it will show what ingredients it has. Now I want to reversed it where I will select an ingredient then it will show me the food combination #.

Turn the lookup table into an Excel data table and then use pivot tables to slice and dice (if you'll pardon the pun re food)
