Hey guys, so I'm a student, aged 22, from Bucharest - Romania, with a night shift job. I was quite surprised at myself for the enthusiasm which I approached this job, and I'm still hyped for advancing in a possible career. Thing is I really want to improve the "end of the day" documentation workflow, which is all Excel, and is pretty rough right now. People are having to copy data from one document to another, or count things they should't have to, which is very tiresome. So... I though to myself this is a good opportunity to start learning how to properly use and manipulate Excel files to do my bidding. I've discovered over the years that I learn stuff pretty fast when having an example for what I need to do in front of me, from which I can tweak and get the results I need for myself, like self discovery but from a source, hope I can find such examples on this forum :D.
