Hello, My name is Laura Miller and I am an admin at American Greetings Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio. As my job changes, excel becomes more integrated in my daily use. Our internal support, while helpful, isn't always enough to answer the questions about the programs we use (i.e., Excel).
