Hi,
we deal with a lot of data, some can be reduced to simple tables, like in EXCEL, giving the major information. BUT, and that is a big BUT, any analysis in life sciences requires to compare different stages, conditions, time points and what else. Without that results are totally worthless and will never be used for any next steps or publications. So we face, in general, a lot of challenges making results into information.
I am working in metabolmics/lipidomics, very important molecules in our body and in any other organism. To study these at different stages, we get long lists of the name of the metabolite and the concentration in the different samples - and these lists have to be combined, shown in graphs. Sounds easy but many questions come up, therefor I join this forum.
Many thanks for help ahead
