DOS command to launch a program

Need a script to launch a program, to run ONLY in network day (not weekend), and if is possible to choose what days.

Use Windows Scheduler.

Till now I used Windows Scheduler. Now need to use a script to run a specific program, in specific day/days. Sometime need to run that program all week except weekend, and sometime need to run only Monday and Friday. The day to run that program is changing.
