the decimal /thousand separators for number and currency formats are not the same .

i recently installed pastel partner version 14 on my laptop and after i finished installing ,when i tried opening it the above message pops up THE DECIMAL/THOUSAND SEPARATORS FOR NUMBER AND CURRENCY FORMATS ARE NOT THE SAME , PLEASE CHANGE YOUR WINDOWS SETTINGS . How do i change my windows settings i struggled trying to change the settings, my laptop is a Sony Vaio notebook and am using Microsoft windows 8. If anyone knows please help!

This settings you can find under Regional Settings in control panel. Then click Additional settings on tab Formats.
