How to copy and paste text box with with text to other area

Dear Excel forum member i want to created on chart for ( Aparment ) rent or vacant so i have creat chat first floor from down same like i want to create up to top 101 - 108 then want to create same like 201-208-301-308 and last 401-408 but there is problem is that each and every text box and text need to cop and past what i mean to say is there any option i want to cop whole text box with text to paste other area...pleas help me

In Selection Pane select all text boxes what you want (with Ctrl key), go to Page Layout tab, click Group, copy this Group and paste there where you want

Hi Tarik....did you try this Modified Pages......I sent you....
well here in this new chart I created....it with apartment numbers as well and made it as Read Only Docx. You can enter data in them and then you can save it by using Save As. Try This one......
