    Stoppage in typing special character

    hi im currently using Windows 10, whenever im typing, the button for characters " & '
    is stopping like it was shifted (dont know how to say this)

    there is also instances that when i type this character, the next letter gets combined with it for examples:





    can someone help me or guide where can i fix this setting, i tried to search for it and i cant really trace this.

    Most likely you have issues with the way your keyboard settings are handling special characters
    you can change those settings in windows regional settings to your preference.

    Please read this article on how to change the keyboard and which to pick for English / US keyboards. for eighter the effect that symbols and letters get combined or avoid that.

    Could be you've turned on "Sticky Keys" which is an accessibility feature.

    Try to hold down the FN key and then type.
    Also check if you've activated the NumLock feature accidentally, and you have to disable it
    You can also use the on-screen keyboard to check if you can type correctly.
