How to confirm closing document with a sound

I posted this in the Microsoft Office Application Help - Excel Help forum but this looks more like the place it should be. Please excuse the double post.

I tried to post the link but it says I need more posts.

I recently got a new PC and went from Wdo 7 to Wdo 10. Everything works pretty well except I used to get a confirmation sound when I closed an Excel or Word Document. I am using Office Home & Student 2010, Military Appreciation Edition, since I am retired from the Ait Force.

Every search I make says to click on the File button and then click on the Ease of Access selection, but on my version there is no selection for that.

Is it because I have a very outdated version or is there another way to activate the closing sound?
