    use windows search to search into cell value

    hi all
    now i'm using windows 10
    when i open folder containing excel files and use windows search (CTRL+F) to find which file containing what im looking at
    it gives me nothing

    althught it was working on windows 7

    any idea ??

    I have Windows 10. With a folder of Excel files open, if I press CTRL+F, Windows places the cursor into the Search window for me. Is this not what happens for you? Seems to be working fine here.

    it happens
    but one of the files containing that code

    1MESDFVRLD260NGDL007

    when i type this code in search bar
    there is no result

    i want to know which file containing the cell that has this code
