I have Excel 2016, Windows 10 Desktop, Epson Workforce 7620....everything is up to date with updates and upgrades.

Here's my issue. I can't get excel (or anything else) to print landscape 11 x 17. The only size that prints on 11 x 17 is 8.5 x 11 on Landscape. While the page size of 11 x 17 shows on the page layout menu, it doesn't appear to be making the change. When I change to Landscape, that works. Export to any other programs, still won't print on 11 x 17 landscape..only 8.5 x 11 landscape on 11 x 17 paper. Custom views shows the top and left side of the sheet layout as landscape 11 x 17 however.

I don't use 11 x 17 much and its worked in the past. But I have tried and looked at everything I can think of and nothing will get the print area larger than landscape 8.5 x 11 on 11 x 17 paper left justified. When I go to print, the printer tells me that the Paper Size Does not match the Paper Source ...which is tray 2 with 11 x 17 paper which seems to match what is getting printed. The computer is sending 8.5 x 11 on landscape and I am telling the printer to take the paper from tray 2 which is 11 x 17.

The page layout opens with a drop down and when you click 11 x 17, the window closes back...but thats what it does on ALL the page sizes. But Custom View shows the correct page size on Landscape..11 x 17.

Does anyone have an idea of how I might fix this or what might be wrong?

I've tried to Copy and paste into Open Office and created and copy and pasted into Adobe PDF, copy and pasted into Word and none of these other programs will print bigger than landscape 8.5 x 11.

Thanks,

Michael
